The course of “ Cognitive Psychology” presents in detail mental processes. It is a subject that deals with the way mental processes influence people’s behaviour. It is addressed to third year students Licence- English language.
The course of cognitive psychology can provide a wide range of skills and knowledge that can be valuable in both academic and practical contexts. It allows developing one’s critical thinking, research skills, understanding human behavior, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, etc.
The key concepts are gradually introduced in a didactic manner, taking into account the learners’ capacities of assimilation and understanding. The cognitive aspects are highlighted.
Adapted to the current tendencies of teaching, this course proposes some practical activities and quizzes to enhance learners’ understanding.
